COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Upon arrival, please bring your dog into the double gated area outside the play yeard. A team member will be inside the play yard to greet you. Be sure to close the outer gate behind you.

Please remove your dog's leash to take home with you. If your dog is coming in for a board or train, please set his/her food (in an airtight container) in the same area.

Please practice social distancing from team members as we share pertinent info about your dog's stay.

When you are ready to depart, we will bring your dog into the play yard. Please do not open the outer gate until your dog is in the play yard and inner gate is secured.

For departures, we simply reverse the process.
